The company is currently in the process of expanding its operations in Sri Lanka through its subsidiary, M&M Logistics (Pvt) Limited which is a provider of leading edge specialised logistics and total supply chain management solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive

• Achieving the assigned sales and profitability targets
• Evaluating customer requirements and providing effective solutions
• Creating sales opportunities
• Building sales funnel
• Meeting clients and potential customers
• Delivering effective customer presentations
• Providing periodic performance reports consisting of sales/financial data
• Effective negotiations, deal closing and objection/complaint handling
• Internal team collaboration and liaising with relevant teams/personnel to ensure timely efficient and effective delivery of services
• Adherence to company values, policy & processes
• Sharing market insights and customer feedback with management and relevant internal teams

Requirements and Skills

• 1 - 2 Years of Proven Experience in Sales/Account Management
• Good command of English and Sinhala or Tamil
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of marketing, freight and logistics
• Effective negotiation skills
• Being passionate about sales, adaptability and ability to learn quickly
• Being results-driven and self-motivated
• Effective presentation skills
• GCE Advanced Level / Ordinary Level
